Bean & Vege Patties with Tuipulotu


Bean & Vegetable Patties With Tuipulotu


Step 1 - Mash the bean Using a potato Masher 

Step 2 - Dice the onions and red pepper 

Step 3 - Grate the zucchini and carrot with the Cheese Grater

Step 4 - Combine all your vegetables & beans together in a bowl then add eggs

Step 4 - Mix it well and add bread crumbs so that it reduces the stickiness of the patty

Step 5 - Fry the patty however you want and your done!

Fettucine with Mrs Tuipulotu

Fettuccine Ingredients
1- Boil fettucine with 2 cups of water until soft
2- Fry the mince with onion until it is cooked
3 - Scrape succini using the vegetable peeler
4- Combine all ingredients
5- Add cream and spices

Lasagna - Food Tech



At food tech today we made lasagna with Mrs Tuipulotu here are the ingredients:
Today with the help of Mrs Tuipolotu we made a
Step 1 - Boil lasagna with two cups of water until it is soft
Step 2 - Cook mince until it is cooked, add sauce and cheese
Step 3 - Taste if needed and more salt or spices
Step 4 - Serve

Chicken Curry

                                 Chicken Curry
Dice 1 chicken breast 
Dice 1/2 onion 
Dice 4 potatoes
Fry until it is cooked 
Add curry and spices
Add vegetables 
Finish you have homemade curry

Food Tech

Tuna Pasta2 cups of macaroni2 1/2 cups of water1/2 bowl of tuna5 veges of your choice1 spoonful of mayonnaise 


This Term at Tech, the year 8 group got put in food tech with Mrs Tuipolotu, That Wednesday we made Tuna pasta it was very hard for me to make because I hate fish.

Year 7/8 Camp

Camp was amazing all the activities were fun like Orienteering, abseiling, and kayaking we had the fun of our lives nothing could be more better than Camp Bentzon but can't miss too thank the sponsors that lowered the price of the cost so that everyone had a chance. The staff members deserve thanks and appreciation too, especially the staff that made us the delicious food.

SAMOAN WEEK

Last week was Samoan week we did lots of Samoan things I joined pasifika pearls, pasifika pearls are a group of children that preform island dances we even learned about Samoan history for example the cannibal king Malietoa on Friday we made umu. We enjoyed the pork, chicken and the chop suey it was delicious. hope you guys enjoyed my blog post bye!
